if there’s one thing joakim sandberg’s legend of zelda fan-game does, it’s prove how much of a formula nintendo’s series has become.

I would pay many moneys to have a full Zelda 2 remake done in konjak’s ballistic style.
It’s Sandberg with an e, actually. But hey, having misspelled your name in a Swedish print mag once, who am I to be a smartass? (this is my way of saying sorry)
Yes, it IS a bit sad that this fan-game is far far better than any Zelda-related piece Nintendo has come up with themselves in many years.
I like how the orb bouncing with Phantom Ganon doesn’t even require you to time it properly like in Wind Waker. You can just mash the attack button. It fits in perfectly with the arcadey feel of the rest of the game.
what kind of jerk gets someone’s name wrong?
(i fixed it.)
One trackback/pingback
The Legend of Princess…
It is a kind of love letter to Zelda, my personal favorite game series, both from nostalgia and its often great design.
